Review is for the prep of an item not the taste. Ordered a wrap which looked delicious until I seen the way the young wrapped. It started to break up as she was folding it. I asked is there a way to make it without it breaking up & she said no. I asked the cashier the same thing & he said no. I've had wraps from other places & they never breakup as their folding it. My question is why serve an item on the menu that's going to breakup before the customer gets it. I don't even want it now.
Sandwiches are awesome. Staff ws great. Service was great as well.
Placed an order through the website, and to be delivered by doordash, only to get canceled. Called the store, no one pick up. I’m waiting for my $84 refund. 7/22/25: still waiting for the store to get back to me. Emailed corporate and they said they reached out to this store…
We need the Manhattan workers in the Brooklyn spot because this spot idk what they doing in there. I order online on they app because doordash you can’t make request ,, only request extra mayo , mayo both sides ,, they can’t even do that is crazy lol 55 dollars for two sandwiches and they can’t do something so simple is insane lol wtelly,, and they never pick up the phone , crazy work
