Really disappointing experience at Jersey Mike’s. Kendra’s customer service was rude and unprofessional, and the interaction made the entire visit uncomfortable. The food and service did not meet the standard I expected, and I left feeling frustrated. Management should take customer complaints like this seriously and fire her
I have never been so furious in my life. Waited in line for 10 mins at least. All to order and then have a pest control guy come in and spray everywhere around the food preparation area. This was 7pm with a packed house. Really?? You couldn’t wait until all the food was put up and didn’t have customers. I understand bugs are an issue but I don’t want to eat sandwiches prepared as someone is spraying toxins around it.
