An update to my previous post. Spoke to the owner. She offered to replace the heroes which I did. She took the order personally and the heroes were made and marked correctly. Much better experience than prior. Thank you. 3 strikes and I'm out. All bad experiences. Slow service, heros made incorrectly and most recently my order was late, 5 sandwhiches all marked incorrectly, made incorrectly and most importantly the gluten free hero was not marked. Tried to get a refund but their customer service is impossible. Will never go ... read more
Every sandwich I have gotten from this location was very , very good but I paid $18 for a sandwich and two small bags of chips ... I can get a sandwich and two chips from a deli for a lot less than that Tried them again on 8/8/24 paid almost $18 for two mini sandwiches the amount of meat on the sandwiches was a lot less than a few months ago. The lettuce was not fresh and crisp... the quality, quantity, and price means I will not be returning to any location again. GOOD BYE
