Placed a large order of party boxes for our daughter’s graduation party. I ordered over the phone and the store was very helpful with providing suggestions regarding variety and amount needed. Everything was ready on time, fresh, and clearly labeled which made setup a breeze. Our guests repeatedly commented on how tasty the sandwiches were. We will definitely order again!
If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to watch time stand still, just swing by the Jersey Mike’s in Shorewood. One guy was having a full-on catch-up session on the phone with his buddy while the line grew. Another hero took 15 minutes to change the sandwich paper like it was brain surgery. And the third? He managed to mess up every single order in the store — impressive in its own way. I waited 20 minutes for one sandwich while watching this symphony of incompetence unfold. The manager here does a really good job every time I come through! The whole team works well together. I have a gluten allergy and they do such a good job taking care of making phenomenal gluten free subs!! I've been in on a busy day and a regular day as well, and they take the same elevated level of care each and every time. Super friendly team, always fresh ingredients. Above and beyond friendly service! 10/10 would recommend to anyone thats GF, and same to those without an allergy!
