We've been frequently regular customers with this particular shop since it was built. Lately we have been having a lit of trouble with our orders being made correctly. Hardest part is our daughter is autistic and has issues with certain foods, and twice now her particular order has been not made correctly. I understand things do happen, but it seems that lately things have been going downhill with this establishment. Just wanted to vent.
I have gone to this location 3 separate times, all 3 times the service has been extremely slow. This last time, I sat in the drive through for over half an hour with only 2 cars in front, when it was my turn, after 30 minutes, my order was still not complete and had to go through the drive through a 2nd time sat an additional 10 minutes until they completed a 1 sub order. I will never order from this location again.
Ate here at this location and the app was not working. Guy was too busy trying to upsell to new customers instead of addressing the issue with whom he was to be waiting on. Addressed the issue with the location online which when he called he said he'd speak to his team which I then made him aware he was the arrogant and unhelpful employee. Promised me a coupon in the mail weeks ago to which I never received. As I continued to make my issue known to the gentleman, he hung up on me. Stay far away from this location.
