Always on time and fantastically delicious.
I just wanted to say the experience I’ve gotten here with the customer service was really unpleasant. Food was good tho. Honestly, being that this is a new location in the Youngsville area. I thought I would have a better service and treated better. Also. As a customer spending $50.00 plus dollars on my family’s meal. This was very upsetting. Please management fix this issue because from the reviews, it seems like this has been a big issue on this location.
Jersey Mikes one of our fav but tonight picked up giant philly cheesesteak and for $20 its almost criminal the lack of meat on it, sandwich was all bread, almost asked for a refund
I went to the Youngsville location and was judged and laughed by two employees. I don’t even know why. I was indecisive on whether I wanted to add cheese.. other than that I can’t think of another reason why. The two employees side eyed each other, looked at me, then side eyed each other and kept doing this while giggling. I finally asked them why they were looking at me like this, and the manager stepped in to stop them. Absolutely ridiculous experience, and I will not be back.
