Whenever I'm in Buffalo, this is one of the stores I'd visit for a meal. It's a great location and the employees are usually great. The bad: If someone orders a meal "To-go", it should be made to perfection considering they can't bring it back, get a refund, and more importantly, enjoy what they purchased. I'm disappointed cause we literally wasted $25 that can't/won't be recouped. Thanks for messing up our dinner and causing us to get meals on a secondary stop. Following simple instructions is important in many occupations.
The ultimate in TEAMWORK. YES, food is exceptional. But the staff are most impressive. Everyone works so hard. And they all help each other. The ultimate team. Well done. I will certainly be a return customer.
