Had a horrible experience at this location today. Ordered a Chicken Salad Sub which was basically all bread and no chicken salad. Called to speak with the manager who said his name is Nate, to see if a refund could be issued if I brought the sub back and he was very rude and just wanted to go back and forth. He said there was nothing he could do. Nate has horrible customer service and is very unprofessional
I’ve ordered about maybe 4 to 5 times from this location three happen to be in person twice on the app. I don’t know what happened today, but I’m very disappointed. My sandwich had no mayonnaise on it and someone was extra heavy-handed like purposely put a lot of vinegar on my sandwich to wear. My sandwich was drenched. My bread was soggy. It was so overpowering I could not enjoy the sandwich and had to throw it away.
The so-called manager Kiersten, Has a bad attitude and she’s mouthy… She clearly don’t understand Customer service…. I would advise this franchise Owner To hire a more professional, educated manager To run His business.. Not some young girl !
