I had such a great experience at Jersey Mike’s in Albertville! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. One of the ladies even offered me a free sample, which was such a nice surprise. She also recommended something from the menu, and I’m so glad I took her advice—it was absolutely delicious! If I could give zero stars, I would! Never in my life have I ever been asked to leave a restaurant all because the manager, whom also said she was corporate manager, had the worst attitude I have ever experienced. I’ve always been a regular customer and have never had any issues with them cutting up the vegetables for a chopped bowl. She wasn’t friendly at all, got rude when I asked why she wasn’t chopping anything up, rolled her eyes, laughed at me.
