I like Jersey Mike's, but this location experience was subpar. Sloppily made sandwiches with sub bread not cut through all the way, so had to rip apart to eat. Sandwiches not clearly labeled, so we had to check each one to see whose is whose. Subs order placed on counter when ready, but no one spoke to us. Finally we asked 'is this ours'?
This is one of the few places to get a gluten free sandwich but the service is incredibly slow. I placed an order on the app for one simple sandwich and came to pick it up when the app said it would be ready. It's been 30 minutes since then and I still don't have my sandwich.
They stopped making my sandwich to work on online orders 5 different times. Even tickets that came in after I ordered. And this was after waiting in line for over 15 minutes behind just 4 people. Seems like they care more about online orders than the line out the door. I won’t be back.
Management: Do Better! As someone who is a manager in the food service what I observed tonight is disgusting. From watching an employee go from sweeping the floor to preparing food without washing his hands to my sub being cut without the blade being wiped clean of the mayo that was still on it after I had asked for no mayo. Love this Jersey Mike's. The staff is great!! Professional and they really listen to what you want!! Never have issues with my orders here!! Thank you!! Get stubborn Root Beer in a can!! It doesn't disappoint!!
