Recently relocated to the area, ordered from the 3600 N Duke Street location 5/13 in Durham. Driver left my food outside. The order was not correct. I immediately called the manager. This was the worst most rude ignorant upper management customer service I’ve ever experienced. After coming to the location Hadie baneeas. Melina perry were my contacts that refuse to service me. Hands down, the best sub I’ve had in a long time! I stopped by Jersey Mike’s in Durham and ordered the classic Italian sub, and I’m still thinking about it. The meats were sliced fresh right in front of me, piled high, and perfectly balanced with crisp veggies and that signature zing from the red wine vinegar and olive oil blend.
