I tried to give the benefit of the doubt, I should’ve doubted. I ordered a hot sandwich. I stated that I’d like to add to it and they said they’d call me when it was time to do so. They did not call me over, they bagged my dry ass incorrectly missing half the ingredients sandwich in the bag and told me to have a nice night. My night is not nice, I paid over $50 for dinner and I expect it to be right. I’ll be calling to speak with the manager in the morning. Team was so nice and funny! Amazing customer service and always delicious food.
Food is always great! Had the chicken melt with mikes hot honey recently and it was awesome. My only complaint, which is minor, the tables need to be cleaned a little more, I hate sitting at a table with crumbs and wetness from drink cups.
They REALLY saved my bacon today! I have Celiac disease and they accommodated a last minute allergy request on an order I submitted wrong, and only charged for the difference in the type of bread on the ticket. I felt bad, they'd already made the full order and everything! Absolute angels.
