I had originally left a bad review because of food poisoning and a messed up order. I had to come back and change my review. The people at this store made everything right and were so kind through the process. If you ever have a bad experience here just call Alex and he will make it right. Great service and nice people!
I had a group order with 2 sandwiches and a bowl. They gave me the wrong order, we had to drive back and order new food because the line was so long and it was so crazy, they still made the food wrong. I promptly got food poisoning from my incorrectly made Club Supreme. I have been up all night expelling this poison from my body. Terrible experience! Edit: The store manager Alex called me the next day and was very apologetic and tried to make the situation right. Thank you Alex great customer service!
This message is for the owner of this location. I want to express my dissatisfaction with what happened tonight. I got a text from Jersey mikes which was NOT, I repeat, NOT store specific saying I can get 50 off a giant sub which ends today the 21. St . I make my giant with two other sandwiches and am ready to pay only to be told that the giant\\coupon text cannot work because some store opt out of this deal.
