I had a horrible experience. I placed an online order for a Philly cheesesteak, I showed up after the given pickup time so they had plenty of time to make it. I show up, there’s not a single customer in the store, two male employees are standing around doing nothing, one female employee is making sandwiches. I tell her my name, they didn’t even start working on the sandwich. They just completely neglected my order. I was in a rush, which is why I ordered online, to save time, so I walked out. Really love this place, been going here since it opened. Over the years have got to know the staff that have came and gone, but the quality has remained the same. I've been on "the giant #56" extra meat, extra cheese, add bacon, blended in, for what seems a year now, LOL. The bathrooms are clean, at times the place is totally swamped with customers but the staff remain focused.
