10/10 service. They’re literally amazing every single one of them! They talk to you like you’re one the homies and the sandwiches reflect that, all the love omggg.
I had a horrible experience. I placed an online order for a Philly cheesesteak, I showed up after the given pickup time so they had plenty of time to make it. I show up, there’s not a single customer in the store, two male employees are standing around doing nothing, one female employee is making sandwiches. I tell her my name, they didn’t even start working on the sandwich. They just completely neglected my order. I was in a rush, which is why I ordered online, to save time, so I walked out.
