Ordered a steak and cheese sandwich and the amount of of steak was far less then I have had at other Jersey Mikes - first time at this location and last time - will go back to either Dartmouth or Fairhaven where at least the steak is part of the sandwich
The service was terrible, my food was incorrect I called to see about a correction and the manager hung up on me. I went into the store to address the issue and he admitted he hung up do to my attitude in which I wouldn’t have had if my food was correct. Not to me tion I had to waste more of my lunch time going there to ask why I was hung up on and to correct my food. This is the 3rd time I have wasted my lunch break on incorrect food & nothing was done about it. This store needs better management and accuracy.
Another excellent experience with great service and friendly staff great job folks and I definitely will be back
Jackie is absolutely amazing. Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Plus the food was amazing too
