Newly diagnosed with celiac disease so haven't been able to eat out anywhere saw online they offer gluten free subs. Have never been to Jersey Mike's so decided to see if it was true and check it out and my goodness!! Once I asked for gluten-free the staff was incredible. The gentleman working the slicer and the gentleman both changed their gloves and wipe down their stations even the meat slicer. All staff was very interactive and happy. It just set a great tone immediately. Several staff trying to help me with my order. Food was good.
I am a fan of Jersey Mike's but today was not a great experience. The manager that was slicing the meat was complaining that she should have already been gone, the person making the subs couldn't get the bread right they made the wrong sub on one sandwich and went to the next person in line before finally correcting my sandwich. People were nice but just couldn't get it together tonight.
