Walked in the person that took my order was didn’t even smile. They didn’t look happy to be there. I asked for a number 43 in a bowl and he looked at me like I was crazy. Got home open my bowl and i paid $15 for something that wasn’t even $15 worth crazy.
I WAS HARRASSED BY BOTH WORKERS AND PATRONS JUST FOR TRYING TO VERIFY IF MY ORDER WAS CORRECT AT THE EAST MEADOW, NEW YORK STORE. THE NEXT DAY WORKER'S EVEN WENT TO "LOOK FOR ME AND COMPLAIN" AT MY PLACE OF BUSINESS. EXCUSE ME?? I HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES AND HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO VERIFY IF MY FOOD IS SAFE FOR ME TO EAT. The best of the sub places. Freshly prepared, tasty
The manager acts like the meat is coming out of her pay check. Also not friendly the manager. The other employees give a normal amt of Meat for the money. The not friendly vibe wears on coworkers. She also seems to make up rules on what you can get or not. For what I see with other customers. I'm gluten free. Soda, long sandwich, chips 28.00!
