The best sub shops! I have several favorites, and they have all been great! I've been to 3 locations in Greensboro, and although I can tell they have new staff, they seem to have a good training program. Service has been consistently good, and my orders have been correct. 👍
Just love this location! They accommodated my needs by helping me and listening to what I could and couldn’t have! Even went above and beyond to just make things beautiful and tasty! Thanks to the cook Ethan and the servers Lilly and Kaysha!!!
I called and order in because I was on my way to work. I gave them 10 to 15 minutes like they said, and when arrived 15 minutes later like they said my sandwich was not ready. I was told they gave it to someone else. So I had to sit and wait, that’s why I called it in, and of course they said it won’t take but a minute or two. I was so disappointed in the cheesesteak that I ordered from this location on 3/1/25. What in the world happened? The meat that was used was just some dry, chewy, gristly something. I've ordered the cheesesteak previously and it's never been like this. In addition to the poor quality, the size was miniscule compared to the price. I don't write reviews often, but this is a newer location and this sandwich was really bad. Not what one would expect from a Jersey Mike's.
