Jersey Mike’s is honestly one of my favorite places to go, which makes this experience even more disappointing. The people at this particular location were extremely rude and unwelcoming. Customer service makes a huge difference, and unfortunately, the attitude I received completely took away from what should’ve been a simple, enjoyable experience. I love Jersey Mike’s, but I definitely won’t be rushing back to this location.
The only reason I gave 3 stars for the food is because the bread is HARD. There's got to be a better way of storing the bread. I know there is since I've visited other locations and the bread isn't hard.
I love Jersey Mike’s. I’m not thrilled with some of the limited options, especially the lack of spinach, but it still beats waiting 30 to 45 minutes in a Publix line. I’ve definitely had a few one star experiences at this location, bad enough that I’ve taken a break from coming back. That said, all in all, this location is pretty good.
