Very friendly staff. Returned 03/22/2023 at about 16:00 and ordered a cheese steak. All of the tables were dirty and the trash was near to overflowing. The sandwich was good but it could have had more cheese on it, what was left of the cheese made the sandwich very messy. The response from the owner requested an email and an email was sent with no response or follow-up from the owner (I suspect that it was not the owner but someone from the management group). There was only one employee working. That poor guy was doing his best, but they were definitely understaffed.
This place was absolutely disgusting. Gloves on the floor, crumbs everywhere, somebody’s sandwich sitting off of the cutting board, the gross looking touch screen….all bad. There were only two workers and there was a long line of customers on a Friday at dinner time. I’m sure I will get the usual canned response from corporate, something to the effect of “Sorry you had a bad experience. Idk what the workers problem is but he seems like he doesn’t like his job and throwing things and slamming stuff!!! Idk his name but he’s tall, light skin with an Afro!!! Like if you don’t like people than just quit!!!
