I ordered two subs via the Jersey Mike's app while I was checking out at Walmart across the parking lot. It said it would take 13 minutes to complete my order which was perfect for me to get over there to pick up my food. I arrived 20 minutes later and my sandwiches were not completed. When I inquired, the heavy set Caucasian man said that they don't start to-go orders until all of the in person diners were taken care of regardless of how long ago the to-order came in. This restaurant is a great place to eat and food is great! Staff are very pleasant!!
The subs were good when they opened . But the last 2 subs I ordered were horrible. I alway ask for an #13 Italian, but when it comes to the condiments, I ask for L T O banana peppers. LIGHT on the mayo. Oil, vinegar. When I brought it home we couldn't eat it . The whole sub was like a sponge. It was totally wet . We couldn't eat it . This happened 2 x . Signed unhappy
I've been going to Jersey Mike's for years. And I always get #7 turkey. But in a tomato basil wrap. I Was always satisfied. Until yesterday at this location. A chubby Caucasian red head man was slicing my turkey. He only put six thin slices on it. Noticed the woman behind me. Was getting turkey to. He loaded her sub with turkey.
