Jacksonville, NC residents, be aware! If I could give this location zero stars, I would. I placed an online order for delivery and, when it arrived, I discovered that one of the four subs I paid for was missing. I called the store and spoke with someone named JT. During our conversation, he admitted that my sub had been placed in someone else's order. My husband and I are actually from Point Pleasant New Jersey where of course Jersey Mike's originated.. We've been going to Jersey Mike's since before Jersey Mike's became what it is today.. And I just want to say that you guys did an excellent job keeping up with exactly what Jersey Mike's is supposed to be! Excellent food, fast service, and of course friendly service! Keep up the good work! It's always nice to get a taste of "home" 🫶
