I ordered from here last Friday where I ask a employee by the name of darrel if it was okay if could swap the hot peppers for sweet peppers at that point I was meet with attitude from the employee that was making my sub he said and I Quote”we don’t do that here” which to me was insane because it’s a sub shop you can almost substitute almost anything on it and this isn’t the worst part of it all I was given a turkey sub and I didn’t order it and through all this I went home ate my food and caught a Severe stomach bug which ha... read more
Almost sent my wife to the hospital by putting cheese on my wife’s sub. Been going there since it opened - they cleaned the machine , they used a new knife, they changed gloves and then still couldn’t help themselves and put cheese on my wife’s sub who took a bite and swallowed it - I’m so mad never eat here again
The employees work today 1/19 at 1pm, we’re so rude, I asked for a ham with American cheese, when I noticed the man working cutting a different cheese I asked and he got so upset and mad over it. Both employees where not friendly, no greeting, Then I asked the girl not to touch my sandwich while she was working on my husband which she looked at me like I was crazy. I ended up walking out with no food. Won’t be coming back. Teach your employees to be friendly to the customers.
