We’ve been coming here really regularly since they opened and they used to be great, but their accuracy has been so bad lately. Our past like 5 orders have been missing at least one item, often it’s just avocado on my husband’s sandwich and not worth complaining so we haven’t…this past visit was especially frustrating though. This review is mainly a shout out to a young man working there named Sterling. As usual the food was good & everyone was friendly. I did notice Sterling offer to help a woman carry out her order bags to her car, cleaning up the dining room, doing drink inventory and reached out to me while dining in with a welcoming and friendly personality with what would have been just another eat and run at my favorite sandwich shop. The service was ok, but what i did not like was that my order came out wrong. They apologized for getting my oder wrong and remade it only to get my sandwich and it was overly saturated with jalapeño's to the point I just could not eat it. So I just threw it away,because i didn't want to have to wait on another sandwich. I could of asked for a refund but I didn't, I just tried to eat as much of it as I could. I was highly disappointed. I ordered the Big kahuna w/bacon and extra cheese.
