As a humble first-time visitor, I found the staff friendly, the atmosphere welcoming, and the food excellent.
not the first time they cut my sandwich completely uneven Lisa one piece is way smaller than the rest, but it genuinely didn't taste good. I got a turkey and provolone, paid for extra cheese, didn't taste like there was any extra cheese, the whole sandwich was bitter and bland, I left off the red wine vinegar so maybe it's just the type of olive oil they use, I also also added mayo, just didn't taste like there was any salt or mayo. Don't know if I would be back because it wasn't great the past few times.
Online orders from this location are rarely correct. The employees must have a hard time reading and understanding simple instructions, like "oil and vinegar on the side". They just don't give you any. Not on the sandwich or in a separate container. This is not a onetime occurrence. Try 4 times this has happened. Maybe remedial training is needed to follow instructions.
