If I could give less than 1 star I would. This was the worst customer services I've ever experienced. One employee made our sandwich and went to put mayo on it (the sandwich didn't even come with mayo, it comes with ranch) and I told her no it's actually only supposed to be meat and cheese. The lady said ok and continued to make the sandwich, but used the same bread with mayo on it. Response to Jersey Mike’s: If you review your security footage and audio, you’ll clearly hear me order only a gluten-free bun with turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, and mayo. I never asked for cheese or provolone at any point. Your employee even wrote those exact instructions on the order note: “gluten-free bun, turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, and mayo.” So I don’t know why would she add provolone cheese.
