Received a pre-made sandwich from the back, instead of having it prepared in front of me, added to the feeling of being rushed. Not being able to add or remove toppings limited the customization options. This is a key selling point for the chain. This experience went against Jersey Mike's promise of fresh ingredients and personalized orders. Even the other sub I ordered was not made correctly. No receipt given either.
We had a disappointing experience at this location on Mother's Day. When we realized any restaurant (even casual dining) was going to be a long wait, we opted for a taking sandwiches home for lunch. There was only one person in front of us when we arrived, and the gal took our orders for how we wanted our sandwiches (e.g. no onion, no tomato, etc.).
