On June 22 2026 around 1020 am I was in an accident in front of the NW Military Jersey Mike’s. While waiting for the police, we went into the store to get something to drink. The staff at that time (2 gentlemen, I’m sorry, I did not get their names) were so kind to us. They offered us a free drink and allowed us to stay there, out of the heat, while we waited. I order Italian subs most of the time, for takeout. Cheese steaks, less often, but are good. These are the best Italian subs in town, loaded with meat and cheese, bread is fresh and good quality. I have never had an issue with service, subs are always ready for pickup.
Jersey Mike’s was a solid stop for lunch. The sandwich tasted fresh, the bread was soft, and they made it exactly how I asked without any issues. The staff was friendly and kept the line moving even though there were a few people ahead of me. I liked that it felt quick but still better than a regular fast food meal. It is an easy place to go when you want something simple, filling, and made fresh.
Very good customer service and friendly atmosphere Mgr was soo curtious clean and outdoor tables.
Came within last hour they where all mad that I was trying to place order Mexican guy I’m assuming was manager rolled his eyes and walked away. Definitely will not be back. As a GM I would not tolerate this within my restaurant!
