I ordered my food online 2 days ago and my husband went to pick it up and they forgot his sandwich. Which was unfortunate cause it was our first time trying jersey Mike's. We just went today to pick up our sandwich and a free complimentary one and I completely forgive jersey Mike's. Mistakes happen but they really fixed it professionally and nice. I never thought I’d have an experience at a sandwich shop that was so great I felt compelled to write a review. I went in for lunch this Tuesday, the staff was SO friendly despite being busy. They all had a conversation with me and you could just tell the staff worked super well together and all really cared about you. Tried coming in for a sandwich to go tonight at 8, an hour before closing and when I walked in I was met with one of the workers sighing and rolling her eyes at me. When she realized I saw it she tried to apologize but it was very clear she was annoyed with me coming in. I decided to leave. We've been here a few times and have always had AMAZING sandwiches. The staff have always been nice, accommodating and super quick in delivering the food; the bathrooms were clean as well. We reccomend this spot to friends and family all the time. (That was the best sandwich ive had, it was DELICIOUS and it will be missed.) Note: They have gluten free bread!
Went in after church, tried the Mike's hot honey chicken cheese steak... Definitely was not disappointed. Great sandwich would surely recommend it.
