Had poor service here tonight. I usually order 2 sandwiches with a BOGO coupon. Eat one sandwich the day of and eat the next one the next day. The guy I spoke with said he could put everything on the side no problem. I get home with the order and they put the meat on the sandwich instead of the side. I called back to say I wanted to return the food and get a refund. Person hung up on. I was able to get a refund after but it was not a pleasant experience. Jersey Mike’s subs are delicious, no matter which one you try! I believe the secret @ this location is the young man working the counter (see attached photo). He is refreshingly serious about his craft & has a gentlemanly pleasant attitude. He preps most of the ingredients himself & takes great pride in telling you how fresh everything is. Highly recommend visiting this location!
Either 7 or 14 inches? Don't get it! Something in between is necessary?
Took 30 minutes for a cold sub and a hot sub, watching the trainees make the food was very sad. I just threw my food away after one bite and went somewhere else.
