Ordered online, sub was wrong when I got home to eat it, when I called I was told they were too busy to help find the order to do a refund. Get a sub and get out, they don’t care if it’s correct as long as they get paid. Terrible customer service.
If Jersey Mike’s has no fans left, it means I have left this earth. I walked in expecting a sandwich and walked out with a life-changing experience. The atmosphere was so good I briefly considered canceling my plans for the day and just living there. The place was clean, the staff were friendly, and the vibe was immaculate. Absolutely amazing everytime I go! I am celiac and they take such good care to make sure everything is properly cleaned. They try there hardest to make sure nothing is contaminated!
