I NEVER leave a bad review cause I’d feel like a Karen but this Jersey Mike’s is actually the worst one ever, they’re not lying. I’ve gone a handful of times and each time their service is so bad. Specifically the Philippine or Vietnamese looking lady. She treats everyone else normal but every time she gets to me she seems to treat me differently? UPDATE: The store manager contacted me and covered the next sub is on them. So for that I am grateful. I just dont recommend ordering on the mobile app if you have a special order. I dont know why I bother ordering in the mobile app for pick up. I have ordered the same thing for years. #99 on wheat doubt meat double veggies. Easy right? In store, no problem, its perfect. I dont know why I bother ordering in the mobile app for pick up. I have ordered the same thing for years. #99 on wheat doubt meat double veggies. Easy right? In store, no problem, its perfect. In the app, every jersey mikes store I've ordered from on the mobile app, gets the order wrong. In the app I order #56 because #99 is a secret menu thing, do extra meat.
