UPDATE: Since the review several months ago, I decided to give them another shot. Everything is completely different... and BETTER! Friendly staff, sandwiches made correctly, things done right. The workers were AWESOME!!! They were slammed all day, while EXTREMELY understaffed! They made a huge order for our baseball team, in the chaos of business. Food safety was a priority, customer service was fabulous!! The only complaint was the management having three workers making a TON of sandwiches. I was there twice and it was standing room only. The workers should be rewarded for their hard work!!!

I NEVER leave a bad review cause I’d feel like a Karen but this Jersey Mike’s is actually the worst one ever, they’re not lying. I’ve gone a handful of times and each time their service is so bad. Specifically the Philippine or Vietnamese looking lady. She treats everyone else normal but every time she gets to me she seems to treat me differently?
