I am super disappointed in today’s visit , I frequent this location almost every other week. I normally get a steak and cheese but today i wanted to try out a BLT. I should not have done that. As soon as i took a bite there was a hair in the lettuce. I had to inconveniently leave my job to bring the food back and they did not give a refund only offered to remake it. As i am grateful he remade the sandwich he then tried put it in the same bag as the previous sandwich with the hair in it, so i didn't even eat it , I tried but ... read more
So we love Jersey Mike's but lately it seems different. The subs feel smaller to us. They don't seem to hit the spot the same way anymore.
I have to say I am very disappointed both at the quality and preparation of my sandwich and the service. My first experience with jersey mikes was a year ago at another CT location. The employees were happy neat clean and organized. Welcoming. My sandwich was made with love and full of flavor. I was looking forward to have it again. I started a job close by and was excited to get the steak and cheese. I got a regular it wasn’t sliced my sandwich was soggy and honestly doesn’t taste good at all. I’m very disappointed.
Not the best customer service, had a pick up order and the girl up front was rude
