Went in tonight 15 minutes before closing, the employees turned off the grill and refused to make my sandwich. Terrible attitude too, zero attempt at customer service. At least have the decency to seem apologetic about it, ended up not ordering due to the rudeness of the employee. Will not return.
Employees very rude very very bad customer service… rather drive to La Quinta or Palm desert than take there crap … no star wasn’t an option
Jersey Mike’s Review The staff here was incredible - friendly, attentive, and genuinely considerate of my food allergy. They communicated clearly and made sure everything was handled safely. The entire store was spotless, including the bathroom, which says a lot about how well they run this location. Overall, an exceptional experience at an exceptional Jersey Mike’s!
