I was actually excited about eating here today. Walked in at lunch time. Manager said I’d have to wait 20 minutes because of a catering order. They had the place shut down. I went somewhere else. I’m guessing they lost money and had many upset customers because of this. I’m hoping the owner or general manager reads this! Contact me and I’ll take this down.
Just walked out after watching the guy making my sandwich absolutely mangle the bread. He struggled to get a clean cut, squished it terribly and then cut it unevenly when we said we wanted to split it (we were getting a giant) When we said sorry we changed our minds before he even began to assemble anything (because honestly I didn't want to see what else this dude was going to mess up) the servers started laughing.
