McKenzie and crew do an amazing job preparing the food and moving things along smoothly. The people are always friendly and up-beat. My wife and I are in there enough that Jess knows what we want ( until we change thing up once in a while). Excellent as always.
Staff unable to keep up at 2 in the afternoon. It wasn't very busy at that time They Forgot a sub we were waiting for. Even though it was written down. Lots of staff standing around, only one person dressing subs and 1 person slicing meats while 4 others stood by aimlessly. The one person dressing subs had to stop to refill his supplies. Poor management will ruin a customer's experience. The subs were decent with fresh ingredients but hastily thrown together. Certainly having a bad day !
It's truly a hit or miss. Went last week for the first time ever perfect experience and the food was good . Went today and everything was off from the service to the sandwich; which was gross.
