Excellent customer service. Staff and Management are simply amazing!
They put my sandwich in a box without bread??? Not what I ordered, the weird part is they got the other sandwich correct in the order. Utterly bizarre and not the first time they've done nonsensical stuff like this.
Probably the worst experience at a sub shop I’ve ever had. Four of us went in to get sandwiches, and they messed up every single one of our orders. Of the eight people in line behind us six of them had their sandwiches messed up and all eight of them got theirs before we got ours fixed was still wrong. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location at all costs. Employees arguing with each other, too many employees resulting in too much confusion and not a streamed line operation.
