Waited 10 minutes for the employee to finish making 3 half subs. Then when it's my turn, notice the lettuce is brown. Ask her not to put that lettuce on and if they have new lettuce. Employee doesnt even acknowledge me and just asks what I want then. These people are too lazy to even ben down and reach for a fresh bag. I arrived at 11am... theres no way a fresh bag was brown. This lettuce had obviously sat out over night.

I recently visited my local Jersey Mike's and I was impressed from the moment I walked in the dining area and prep line look clean and organized which gave me confidence about how the food was handled the staff greeted me right away and asked if I use the app or rewards before which I appreciate it because it sure they were paying attention and trying to be helpful.
