Lady was working on her own while trying to serve 8 people at once. Took 20 min with no line when I walked in. Sub was made wrong too after I already brought it home I realized. Not her fault just shouldnt be the only person working. This is a few times now at this location with a not good experience compared to others in the area.
Waited 10 minutes for the employee to finish making 3 half subs. Then when it's my turn, notice the lettuce is brown. Ask her not to put that lettuce on and if they have new lettuce. Employee doesnt even acknowledge me and just asks what I want then. These people are too lazy to even ben down and reach for a fresh bag. I arrived at 11am... theres no way a fresh bag was brown. This lettuce had obviously sat out over night.
