Worst Jersey Mike's in the city!! Entered the building with both employees sitting in the dining room. One employee proceeded to start my order but when another customer entered after me, another employee took their order and begin to prep both others favoring the other customers sub over mine. I was only notified that they did not have pickles after my sub was fully topped. I typed in my number for points and there was no reference to what my points were and what I could possibly used. Love this place subs the big kaunha with extra Chipotle sauce 😋
Don’t waste your time, there’s a Subway and Firehouse Sub within walking distance. Staff was rude, food was way overpriced (not the staff’s fault at all) but just a fair warning! Just overall unorganized and not worth it.
Bad experience. My sandwich wasn't the normal Jersey Mike awesomeness I'm use too. Employees spent most of the time wondering who else was coming to work..
I've been here a couple times and the same guy has waited on me. I need to get his name to add to my review because he is a ROCK STAR. Has glasses and is skinny black guy. Dude is a machine making the sandwiches super fast and is very nice and professional
