Terrible experience at this location. I ordered a California Club "Mike's Way" with extra mayo, but I had to ask for a remake twice because they kept missing key ingredients like bacon and ham. They even added random avocado spread while forgetting the tomatoes. What annoyed me most was that they prioritized newer orders over fixing the mistake they made on mine. I was left waiting while people behind me in line got their food first. Very poor service and zero attention to detail.
We came in ready to order and the employee just stood there laughing for no reason. We went ahead and gave him our order then walked off to the back and started chatting with coworkers like we weren’t even there. We were completely ignored and never got our food so we decided to walk away. The customer service here is nonexistent. Will not be coming back and would not recommend to anyone.
The people here are great. Especially the upfront Asian manager. He is wonderful and always compliments my ties. 🤪
Absolutely discussing, veteran with a service dog was refused a service, got kicked out because they said that dogs are not allowed. This place is pathetic not worth any stars Any veteran or people with service animals avoid this place at any cost
I’ve always came to this location, due to it being within my area. Now from time to time my sub bread would be wrong, or sometimes the bacon would be burnt, little things that I could look past because overall we do love our Jersey mikes. This last week was the straw with this location. I’ve ordered the mikes hot Italian and was so disappointed.. this sub was so dry, who ever made the sub didn’t add mayo, lettuce, tomato, chipotle sauce, hot relish.
