Between the flies and the nasty attitude of the manager with short facial hair, Nathan. The whole experience was a mess!
This location could use a deep clean. Everything feels dirty; the tables, the glass at the counter, the floors, the screen to input your rewards number. The most unfortunate part of my visit was biting into a piece of black plastic inside my chicken salad. I initially thought it was a bone from the chicken, only to realize it was plastic.
Great manager super talented Great customer service amazing workers super nice manager very nice very proficient in their job. They’re they’re good at working the register. They made my food like lightning like that and it’s a very convenient location for me.
I’ve ordered delivery twice and both times, it took FOREVER to receive them. Last night, my DoorDash driver arrived about 10 minutes after I ordered and he told me he waited another 20 minutes for TWO simple, cold sandwiches. The food is fine, but so is Jimmy Johns. Two strikes, you’re out - I deleted my account and their app.
