Horrible customer service
The customer service was absolutely horrible. As soon as I walked in, while setting my bag down to get my wallet, I was rudely told you know everyone has to buy something to sit here. I ordered my sandwich, and I wasn’t very satisfied with the taste and contents of it as it was not what a typical sandwich of that kind would look like. I asked the employees, to which I confused this establishment with another then apologized for my confusion, and was met with hostile remarks, and a very rude tone. I am normally a pretty patient person, but this location seems to mess up my online orders every time I place them. If you order no onions on just one sandwich, that means you will not get onions on any of the sandwiches. If you order no tomato on a sandwich, it means there will be no tomatoes on all of your sandwiches. After a 3rd time where this happened, I called this location last week to ask for just a partial refund as the sandwiches really can be pricey (for them to be incorrect).
