I go to this Jersey Mike's 5 times a week. Today which is August 6, 2026. Was very disappointing with the foot long sandwich on a hard ass herb and cheese roll. The girl was not pleasant at all and she didn't let me use my number so I can get points. The guy never gave me my onions or oil and vinegar. I have been coming here for a long time since they first opened and I am 53 years old. I stopped by Jersey Mike’s today, and while the service was still friendly, I couldn’t help but notice that the employees looked extremely hot. Several of them were visibly sweating, and some looked very red from working in the heat. I happened to glance at the thermostat, and it appeared to read around 90°F inside the store. I understand it’s a hot day outside, but employees shouldn’t have to work in those conditions. Old lady in the front gave me so much attitude for no reason. I went to go pick up an order and she snatched it from me , not a friendly place at all.
Girl who was working there this morning did the lords work on my sandwich, truly is an angel. Got a mini blt and this places packs their sandwiches up. God bless.
