If I could leave 0 stars, I would. The worker that was starting us off was very passive aggressive and seemed like he was trying to be intimidating. Because of his behavior, the whole experience was very uncomfortable for me and my partner when we didn’t do anything but be kind to this guy. Speaking from working in customer service for many years, I expect better.
Went yesterday for lunch with family and had the chicken salad sub. It was better than I could ever believe.
Had a great experience here today. Accidentally placed an order with a time that was too late for my schedule. Called to cancel and the manager assured me he will prioritize the order for me, which the team created to perfection. Great service and great sandwiches. Props to the staff working on 5/27/2026 morning.
