I've been here a few times, and my experience depends a lot on who's working. The last time I came in, the employee with pink hair making my sub seemed more interested in joking around than helping customers. The sandwich was thrown together carelessly, ingredients were unevenly distributed, and it felt rushed. Customer service wasn't very professional, and it made me hesitant to come back.
This was a great Jersey Mike's experience! The service was FAST! They got a long line through the door so fast. When we walked in, we were ready for a wait, but there barely was one. Quick stop, friendly and communicative employees, and just a good quality visit. Excellent!
