Took my girls there first time today. Food and friendliness was great. Will be back soon!
It's a sub place, and the food is amazing. That being said, the reason I'm leaving a review is the staff. My girlfriend and I have gotten food here roughly 5 times in the last six months, to say I've rarely seen the same staff twice. She has a severe dairy allergy. Every time I've come in and said as much the staff immediately takes measures to make sure our food is contaminant free, with no stress or attitude. this will be the last time I ever order a bowl from this location. Very skimpy on the lettuce and vegetables. Doesn’t even fill up half of the bowl. Very disappointed. Waste of $11
Been to Jersey Mike's all over the US and this is the slowest one I've ever been too. Food is great, folks are friendly and the place is always clean but no sense of urgency what so ever.
This started as a complaint. But the Manager is FABULOUS. And I couldn't be more thankful for his amazing customer service.
