I don’t normally leave reviews, but this place really deserves one. Walked in just to grab a sub and was immediately met with major attitude from the staff—especially Ms. Purple Hair behind the counter. If you’re in the business of serving customers, a smile and some basic courtesy should come standard. On top of that, I noticed their health score was only an 82. Watched the red haired girl back talk a customer when he went back and complained about them not doing it correctly. Swear I have more hair than food in my bag. Ordered before 2 other people and was handed my sub with no bag after the other people received their food get some training
Second time at a Jersey Mike's, first time here. First one was good except the server seemed pretty disinterested in serving me. This one was a major disappointment. They didn't have the bread I requested, the server said they hadn't had it in a while. (When asked she said WEEKS!) Really???!!! It's a sandwich shop! Then she said they didn't have the white bread for a "mini" sub. It was 4pm! But there were racks and racks of white bread. She finally realized she could go ahead and make one out of the sub rolls.
