Today, I stopped in for lunch, and it was as I've come to expect from Jersey Mike's. The sandwich was perfect. I was greeted upon entering the restaurant and asked for my order. The staff are friendly and handled my order in a timely manner. Keep rocking, Jersey Mike's!
Always seems to be busy and there's a longer than usual wait
shop was dirty, employees were sitting down, chatting when I entered. A mix up with my order had me waiting extra to get my order. 2nd customer came in, and it took them nearly a minute to even notice him. All for a so-so sandwich.
Ordered online and when I came in 30 minutes later, THEY HADN'T EVEN STARTED! This place is mismanaged. They ran out of breads! How does that happen?! All they had was wheat. You will need to literally stand over these kids, as there is a lot of care less. The tables were all dirty. The floors were dirty. Horrid experience!
