I’ve been to this location several times during my pregnancy and I’m happy to say each time was a pleasant experience.
Arrived to pick up my sub only to wait in the pickup area for 10 minutes without anyone even acknowledging I was there, Ended up going inside to get my order and it was explained to me they were busy and short staffed. A simple sign on the pick up window explaining this would have eased anxiety a bit. Alternatively, stop taking orders until your work force can meet demand.
