I never trust a food establishment with a dirty bathroom. That’s strike one. Add in a management team that clearly overworks and underpays its staff, and that’s strike two. I order 2 # 9’s when I got home settled in. We began to eat our subs and the bread was complete mush. This was as on both sandwiches. They were falling all apart. Just a waste of $21.70 for 2 half subs. I called and talked to someone named Ian. He stated he couldn’t do anything about it. That’s the way the subs come. Worst Customer Service Ever ! Took so long with my husband and I food barely communicated and gave us a hard time for no reason and to make it matters worse the subs won’t even that good will not be returning back here ever again !
Second time posting, first review deleted. I have been patronizing Jersey Mike’s in Suffolk, Virginia (College Drive location) for ten years. On Friday, 7/3/26 I placed an order online in the amount of $19.76. I received an email stating that my food would be ready for pick up at 3:16 pm.
