Absolutely disgusting floors. Random crumbs dirt and spilled food everywhere. Didn’t take a picture of the bathroom but looked like a homeless man had been living there for a few days. Also, it was the single slowest Jersey mikes I have ever seen in my life. Had 2 people in front of me and it took them 17 minutes to make their sandwiches; and they weren’t doing a catering order or anything just a regular order. Also, flies in the kitchen. Lovely.
Never order from this place online. In person, they'll fill the subs fairly decent because you're watching them. Buy it online and it's like two couch cushions with a slim jim in the middle. Ain't nobody trying to spend $20+ on a loaf of bread.
Thank you Jersey Mike's for having consistently good quality and customer service. Appologies for ranting about "the other place" and mistakenly putting it on your Google review. It's been deleted. I have always been happy at this location and will continue to come back!
The food and service was great. We tried this location after the chesapeake square store location gave us a bad deal. We paid for extra meat on a giant sub and received 2.5 slices. (Yes, the guy ripped a slice in half, lol). This location is much better. Glad to see it was not a corporate policy as that store claimed, but a store manager or shift supervisor decision. Really? Give extra small addition of meat when paying more? That decision makes this location our new go-to.
Freshly shaved meat for the sandwiches puts Jersey Mikes a step above. The employees at this location were efficient and friendly as well, I’ll definitely be back.
