This Jersey Mike’s store needs to get their act together! If a customer ordered a special roll it is not for the staff to assume that a white roll will do. I get you were out of the specific roll…but I didn’t approve or want the replacement. This location also refused to refund our card, even in light of us “bringing back” the undesirable sandwich. This is the second time for this to happen with the same evening crew. The stars will come up when your service and quality does the same.
