This is the best sub shop in town. Subway doesn't come close to the quality and flavor of Jersey Mike's. Freshly sliced meat, high quality steak for their Philly cheesesteak and fast and efficient. I used to be a subway regular but not anymore.
My daughter came there tonight and ordered my sub to go. We live 15-20 min away so I will not be returning to this store to return the mess I got or ever again. I got the HOT Mikes Italian, which is supposed to be a hot oven sub and it was not. It’s supposed to come with lettuce tomato and grilled onions and red pepper relish. My daughter ordered no grilled onions sub regular onions and no red pepper sauce. She also asked for mayo and banana peppers and chipoltle sauce. Hot Italian awful didn't ad topping Mike's way and said it was my fault
The staff is amazing, Shawn is amazing and was able to take great care of a very busy time. I arrived and was the only one in the building and when I left The place was packed. Shawn was able to get everyone taken care of in a timely manner.
