I was really disappointed once again with my sandwich. I asked for no onions and peppers and they were all over and the chicken looks terrible and the cheese was slapped on not even melted like it was supposed to be a cold cut sandwich.
Jersey Mike's is a solid spot for a great sandwich experience, and the team there really makes a difference. Jonny stands out as phenomenal—his dedication and skills definitely deserve a promotion. Ethan is fantastic at the register, making the ordering process smooth and friendly. Ben is just a genuinely good guy, adding to the positive vibe.
