Sandwich was delicious
Pre-ordering food at fast food restaurants is to save time, but if you have to wait again after ordering, why pre-order? They make you order and wait every time, and as a bonus, the employees are rude.. It's not like this place only makes sandwiches, and doesn't the headquarters provide training so that the employees are kind and courteous to the customers?
I went into this location on Thursday around 5:30 PM while I was in town and wanted a sandwich from one of my favorite spots. I’ve managed a Jersey Mike’s in Alabama, so I know what good service and proper food safety look like — and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. As soon as I walked in, the employee taking my order started coughing, then spit into the trash can on the front line, and never changed his gloves. I've been the 2 times. The first time it took 25 minutes to make a Philly and the person in front of me was cursing mad he had to wait so long. I went there for my second time and not only did it take 30 minutes but my order was wrong. Ill give that 3rd strike but its the way it is Jersey Mike's North Crestview is out.
