Placed online order at 4:30 to be ready for pickup at 5:30 but it wasn't ready. When I asked why, worker said he'd get right on it. I said I'll be back in 15 mins, going to store next door. Came back at 5:50, still not ready and waited a full 15 more mins for sub. No apologies, just 'have a nice day'..... I'll go somewhere else
Foods great and service workers were polite and kind. But I made my order at 11:26 and didn’t get my sub until 11:52, so over 25 minutes to get my sub. It’s a bit much, even though I understand it was a hot sub.
Every time I have came here I've Gotten Good sandwiches tonight I brought the kids there both sandwiches were absolutely garbage one piece of bacon on the chicken bacon ranch and then mine and my kids sub literally had like one slice of turkey and one slice of roast beef on it three times more bread than the actual sandwich itself all I could taste was bread on top of that literally waited 51 minutes in the shop for my sandwich absolutely one of the worst experiences ever extremely disgusted probably won't come back to the C... read more
Just left this location on Aug. 21st around noon and had an amazing experience. I have celiac and when I told the lady slicing the meat that it was an allergy, she cleaned off the machine and had everyone change gloves and clean their stations. Of course it can be embarrassing, but she was so kind and made me feel not awkward about it! Thank you so much to this lovely lady! I wish I had gotten her name but I didn’t. Will definitely come back!
