Unbelievable. This specific facility needs to be retrained. I get my sandwich and the girl barely puts any meat on it. My boys are happy with their meals so I go back to the counter to ask for a manager so they can see the sandwich and make it right by me. The young man behind the counter lets me know the manager will be right out so I go and sit and let my boys eat. I wait. I wait. Walked in at 8:21pm on 04/28/24 stood in line for 5 minutes and not a single person in the store acknowledged that we were there. It felt like because they were getting ready to close (at 9pm) that they didn’t want to help us.
