This is the worst Jersey Mike in the area!!! This is the second time in a row Jersey Mike's has failed to include my entire order before sealing the bag for DoorDash pickup. It's frustrating to open a carefully taped-up bag only to find items missing again. What's worse--they refuse to take any responsibility and instead tell me to deal with DoorDash for a refund or go pickup it up myself (what's the point of paying for a delivery service and how was this DoorDash fault?) Great place, best Jersey Mikes in Southlake. Only one I’ll ever go to!! Staff and management are fantastic
I came in to pick an online order up and they hadn’t even started the order. It was a Philly and there was nothing on the grill. I was there for ten minutes before an employee even acknowledged my presence. There were five employees behind the counter and one asked how they could help me. This is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
