This review goes out to Alia. Today is my daughter’s birthday. She is 10. We had a planned an entire day of her favorite things to do and eat. We come to this Jersey Mike’s all the time and have recently utilized the Jersey mikes app. Durring this visit, I asked about the birthday perk and how to use it. Placed an order at 3:30, said it would be ready by 4:15, arrived at 4:30, and the employees were sitting in chairs with their friends (non employees) on their phones laughing. They didn’t start the order until I arrived and asked for it, even though it had been placed an hour earlier. I guess talking to your friends is more important. (8/14/2025)
