Staff were wonderful, they were very patient and courteous!!! Prices were great!!!
Aiden and Yusef’s customer service is tops! Greeted every guest as they entered and friendly throughout the ordering process!
This store is always a consistent mess. I ordered online and received a notification that my order was ready. Went to the store to pick up and the order was not even started. Had to wait 20 additional minutes. Four employees just standing around like they have no clue. I was not the only customer complaining. Ridiculous.
I’m honestly shocked at how poorly this was handled. I placed a large lunch order for our office meeting 30 people and Jersey Mike’s even confirmed the order the day before. I trusted that everything was set. Our scheduled delivery time came… and went… and after 30 minutes with no food and no update, I called to check in. UPDATE: What's the point of talking about it further Jersey Mike? I gave you all the info you need. You can take your standard bs reply and shove it. You don't care. ORIGINAL POST: Be prepared to wait awhile for someone to take your order. They all just hang around behind the counter doing nothing. Or they'll pretend to do something menial.
