I asked for chipotle mayo on the side and this is what I received 🤬🤬🤬 why waste a container with this minimal amount of product?? They were better of just not including it!!! This little bit of mayo offends me more than if they just forgot it on my to go order 🤦🏾♀🤦🏾♀🤦🏾♀
Yesterday I received next level customer service from this location. Malakai truly knows how to make his customers feel valued. He is an asset to this location and I look forward to using this shop again in the future.
Went to Jersey Mikes second time and what a disappointment it was. The Sandwich was terrible as the bread seemed old and dry and it was leaking too much dressing. On top of it, while we were eating there one of the crew started cleaning the floor right there. When we had to throw the trash he said I am cleaning so go to the restroom and throw it there. It was the last time I ever will be eating there.
Horrible! One of the worse. Sandwiches lack meat and they NEVER get my orders correct. Items are ALWAYS missing or incorrect. I will never order from them again.
