Great Jersey Mike's location. The workers here are fast and friendly, and my order is always correct. My go-to's are the club supreme with buffalo sauce on the side and the chipotle cheesesteak. I'd highly recommend signing up for their free rewards program to earn points towards a free sub.
Don’t know how to talk to people and genuinely act like they don’t want to be at work. It’s genuinely concerning that if employees don’t feel like doing something at this store, they can create a policy up so they don’t have to do it. I’d rather drive the extra 20 mins to another sub shop where the workers seem to actually care about the customer. Disappointing all around.
It is absolutely rude to tell me the customer, with attitude, that, “We’re closing in 40 minutes, and we’re cleaning up, so it would be nice if I can get your order!” It’s was actually 8:10pm, 50 minutes from closing. I came in attempting to decide how many sandwiches to get for this NFL weekend! It was a minute of me looking at the menu to determine which ones I wanted. Just ordered six subs for the Rutgers game today against Penn State and the two gentleman that took care of my girlfriend, and I were very friendly and helpful. I was impressed on how quickly they were working and they worked as a team knocking out orders along with ours. They also recommended the pepper jelly and hooked me up with a few containers of it and it was a big hit with my family thank you so much.
