I came in with my two children expecting a normal, respectful experience, and instead we were treated in an absolutely unacceptable and disturbing manner by one of your younger female employees I believe her coworker referred to her as “Bella.” From the moment we interacted with her, her attitude was rude, hostile, and completely inappropriate, especially considering there were children present. Remembered today why I dont come to this location. Staff wasn't friendly and the tuna on my tuna sandwich was almost non existent. Cant even taste the tuna. More bread than anything else. Weak sandwich and weak service.
Awesome staff and food is fantastic, Jack, Leah, and Liam were amazing!
Jack was on point, was super welcoming even though they were incredibly busy, took my order and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes, 10/10 no notes.
I’ve always had good service, whether for quick hoagie for lunch or big bag sandwiches for game-day. I usually order on the app beforehand so it’s ready when I arrive. Usually you pick up online order right by the door when you come in, so you don’t need to stand in line for the in-person orders.
