Very long wait time when ordering online and raw chicken.
This has got to be the most incompetent Jersey Mikes. How do you send the order wrong twice?
Absolutely unacceptable customer service, and Luis’s behavior toward me was particularly inappropriate and rude. I placed an online order around 2:00 p.m. while on a 45-minute lunch break. When I got to my car, I noticed I had two bags of chips that I never ordered, so I immediately went back inside. I also explained that bacon had been added to my sandwich when I did not order it, the oil/vinegar was supposed to be on the side as I had specified in my order notes, and the other sandwich was incorrect as well.
