My review reflects the same as the others who are talking about the rudeness of the staff. I'm glad it wasn't just me when I read some of the reviews because I was being extra nice as I always try to be when I enter a place of business and I'm a customer. I did not feel like a customer in there I felt like I was being attacked for asking for a side of mayonnaise out of the tub that I was visually seeing in front of me. My family came in for my daughter to get a salami and cheese sandwich. Nothing else, salami, american cheese and mayo. 6 inch sub. At the end they rang us up for an Original Italian (which includes Prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami, pepperoni, and ham) - we asked if they could add a few more slices of salami to make up for the other meats or ring us up for a turkey sandwich sub salami, they told us we could leave or pay the full $12 for 4 slices of meat, 2 pieces of american cheese and mayo. Appalled.
Gotta love it when you get punished for doing a mobile order- going through the line would have been way faster
An hour wait for a sandwich is ridiculous. The sandwich was awful in the end and there was a big black hair in it.
Fast service, very friendly and polite service. Sandwiches are fresh. Good is great!
